        United by common sense...

WHY SHOULD YOU GIVE NOW THAT THE GOVERNOR HAS STOPPED THE DEC ?

    • The delay is temporary. HRBRRD and DEC will soon restart the process according to Judith Enck.

    • Having a legal fund allows us to be ready whenever the rules are changed.

    • By being proactive, we will be able to be ready when issues arise.

    • This demonstrates to the HRBRRD and the DEC that the lake community has finally become united.

    • Establishing a legal fund to protect the lake community for the future is essential.
